Sharon has been training with me since February 2008. She meets with me every 4-8 weeks to change her program and diet. Sharon’s primary goals were to lower her blood pressure drastically and lose weight. She has stayed consistent since the beginning, working out Monday thru Friday. She has now lost more than her goal weight and her body fat % has dropped below 20%.
